Sled Drag Workout 2 – NFL style
20 yard lateral shuffle with sled
20 yard Karaoke run with sled
25 yard sled pull forward with TRX above head
25 yard sled pull backward with TRX above head
50 yard slow forward sled pulls x 2
50 yard slow pull sled backwards pulls x 2

cool down: 400 meter jog

post workout recovery:
Hamstring stretch, sitting toe touch, sitting head to knee stretch,
