Airdyne workout 1

5 sets of 15 sec. intervals with 45 sec. rest in between. Add an interval each workout until you are performing 8 intervals

Run 1 mile

5 sets of 20 sec. intervals with 40 sec. rest. work up to 8 sets

Cool down recovery

25 one legged squat jump – left leg
25 one arm punch – right side
25 one arm punch – left side
then –
3 rounds of
25 atomic sit-ups
15 pushup
20 squat jumps

100 double unders or 500 single jump ropes
run 2 miles for time
